C2C Graphghan

I had been wanting to try a graphghan for a while and this request seemed the perfect opportunity as it was for a baby lovey so a small project.
C2C otherwise known as 'corner to corner' is a technique that works up in squares from one corner to the other so it lends itself to graphghans.
I had made quite a lot of C2Cs so had no problem there, I watched a few videos on how to turn them into graphghans, honestly they made it look easy!
The concept is easy but the reality.........
As you can see from the work in progress pictures it's incredibly complicated and you end up with so many ends and working with so many strands still attached it's almost impossible not to get in a tangle!
It would probably have been so much easier if I had stuck to a couple of colours instead of wanting to give it a bit of depth and adding extra colours.
I love how it turned out but as I say never again!
